Meet your instructor
Margaux Joffe (she/her) is a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist, Disability Inclusion Consultant, Professional Speaker, Advocate and the Founder of Minds of All Kinds.
After a life-changing diagnosis of ADHD at age 29, she founded Kaleidoscope Society, the first of its kind content platform for and by women with ADHD. She went on to lead disability inclusion initiatives at Yahoo and Verizon, launching the technology industry’s first Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG).
As a speaker she has advocated at global stages like the United Nations and the World Health Organization, and facilitated trainings for corporations including Nike, Walmart, Dell, Intuit and others.
In 2023, LinkedIn recognized Margaux as a “Top Voice” in disability advocacy, reflecting her influence and expertise in the field. Her work has earned awards from the United Nations Foundation, the D&AD Impact Awards, The Webby Awards and the Susan M. Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame, among others. She has also been featured in major publications like Forbes, Vogue, and The Hollywood Reporter.
Through her 7 week program ADHD Navigators, Margaux is passionate about helping adults with ADHD embrace their unique brain so they can go from surviving to thriving.
She is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the American Association of People with Disabilities, and volunteer her time in the community.
Margaux earned a BA from Duke University and is certified in Cognitive Disabilities, Digital Accessibility and Mental Health First Aid.
Margaux is based in Seattle, Washington the land of the Duwamish People.
